Terms of engagement
These terms apply to visitors of panel-gardenbase.click and to clients who commission surveys, reports, calendars, or briefs from Panel Gardenbase.
Acceptance
By using this website or confirming a written engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an owners’ corporation, management company, or other entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
Services described on this site
Descriptions of property maintenance reporting, asset lifecycle reviews, planned maintenance calendars, and defect briefs are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timetable exist only in a written quotation or engagement letter that you accept.
No statutory substitution
Our reports support planning and governance. They do not replace statutory inspections, certificates, or licences required under Hong Kong law, which must be obtained from appropriately licensed parties.
Intellectual property
Website content, templates, and our report formats remain the intellectual property of Panel Gardenbase. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered report for the estate’s internal management, committee, and contractor discussions. You may not resell our reports as a product or remove our authorship notices without written consent.
Client materials
You warrant that drawings, access permissions, and documents you supply may be used for the engagement. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost rental income or contractor delay claims, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Findings reflect conditions observed at the time of survey and within the agreed scope.
Website use
You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse. Pricing shown is informational and not an offer to contract until confirmed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
